Chef Shelf
A chef shelf is a beautiful and practical addition to any kitchen and would usually sit behind either a hob or a range cooker. Sizing is completely bespoke and the shelf can be made to any height and depth. The shelf in this gorgeous kitchen measures 20 cm deep and is designed by the client to house oils and seasonings. In addition the client has also chosen a feature splash back in this area to really elevate the space. What would you display on your chef shelf?
Inset Herb Garden
What a fantastic idea! Why not have all of your favourite herbs at arms length?! This simple but innovative idea is achieved by installing an under mounted sink in the surface and placing pots directly into the basin. With easy access to the tap the herbs can quickly and easily be watered with excess water immediately draining away (so no over watering!). Our client placed their herb garden in the island but this would work in any kitchen work surface.
Furniture Upcycling
How gorgeous is this Arabescato Corchia Marble vanity? Adding a marble counter will completely transform existing cabinetry and create a stunning feature in any room. The marble selected for our client’s bathroom vanity surface is bespokely templated and installed to match the cabinet shape perfectly and the warm tones compliment the dark brown wood. Whether you have a console table, dresser or bed side unit, marble is a great choice of surface to instantly create a stunning feature.
Quartz Cladding
Most of us are familiar with quartz countertops but did you know it can be used for wall cladding too? Quartz is a great alternative to traditional cladding materials as there is such a wide range of colours and patterns to suit any style that you desire. The durability of the product is next to none and low maintenance which makes it a brilliant choice. We love the way the client has incorporated an electric fire and flat screen television.
Bespoke Sinks
This Calacatta Gold marble sink is a really lovely design choice. The Gold fixtures chosen by the client also highlight the warm tones running through the stone. Our workshop team love to create one of a kind items for our clients and we work closely with you to achieve your vision. The possibilities for design and stone choice are endless! Splash Back Shelf
Our client designed this show stopping ceiling height splash back complete with a floating shelf in his forever kitchen. The shelf is chased into the splash back and wall to eliminate the need for brackets or additional support. This statement stone certainly gives the ‘wow’ factor with a book matched work surface and waterfall end panel. Floating shelves can house a variety of practical utensils or a gorgeous plant or two. No room for a ceiling height splash back? Why not add a picture shelf on a mid height splash back?!
