Quartz is the perfect choice for a low maintenance stone kitchen surface. This is a man-made stone surface manufactured from ground down quartz stone mixed with resin. The virtually non-porous nature of this product means that it will never have to be sealed and is incredibly difficult to stain. Although it is very durable and practical quartz, is not indestructible so trivets or pan stands must be used with very hot pans and dishes from the oven or hob.
